13th April 2016: Failed Birthday Surprise

Today one of my colleagues, Natalie planned to celebrate our supervisor’s birthday. She bought a chocolate cake and kept it in a fridge without supervisor’s notice.

At 4.30pm she took out the chocolate cake and called the other colleague, Rafe to hide it, and asked me and the other intern to shut off the lights for a surprise. Unfortunately, there was a phone call at the wrong timing and the customer was asking Rafe to answer the call.

Too bad, the plan was foiled. So we ended up just singing Happy Birthday instead. /.\

Happy birthday! May your wishes comes true!

Later at night, I followed my family for dinner at Palsaik Korean BBQ.  We planned to eat at Dapune Korean Restaurant but it’s already full house. My bad for not booking at the first place. 😦

It was a sumptuous meal, but at a total cost of RM150!! Really not worth it though.

BBQ!! Yummy!
